Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Absolutely,  we are working so hard to match every products with their images for a full satisfaction of our customers.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After you purchase a product, a receipt will be automatically generated and sent to you via email.

We do recommend that you create an account with us so you will be able to view or download receipts at your convenience from your account.

How can I return an item?

Yes, of course!

Our goal is that every products satisfies buyers. But, in case you have to return an item for whatever reason, please make sure to do so within the return time frame which is 30 days from the day your item is delivered.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We are constantly tracking items and restocking them when their stock hits the threshold, so customers don't have to worry about items unavailability.

However, time may come that an item is out of stock because of its rarity.  We will let you know if it's the case and you order the specific item. You can also ask a question about any product on their respective page by clicking on "Get Support" button.

You can basically ship your order anywhere you want, you just need to provide a correct address and we will take it from there.
